• Assessment:
A Level expert will visit the property to assess the area in need of repair within two weeks. No need to be present as long as access isn’t required. You will receive notification of your appointment date and time if you would like to be present.
• Estimate:
You’ll receive an estimate via email/text. You can approve it directly from there or contact us with any questions.
• Approval and Repair:
After you approve the estimate, you will be added to our schedule and notified a week prior to your repair. You don’t need to be there unless access is necessary. How convenient is that? If acess is needed, you will be contacted for scheduling.
• Completion and Invoice:
Once the repair is complete, you’ll receive an invoice via email/text where you can pay with multiple options. It’s that simple!
